The terracotta paneling is rising up the slender façade of 30 East 31st Street in NoMad and has reached the lattice crown of cross beams at the top of the reinforced concrete superstructure. Located between Park Avenue South and Madison Avenue, the 39-story, 479-foot-tall residential tower is designed by Morris Adjmi Architects and is being developed by Ekstein Development and Pinnacle Real Estate. Reuveni Real Estate is marketing the building’s 42 units, which will be spread across just over 70,000 square feet for an average of 1,700 square feet apiece. Prices range from $1.65 to $12 million.

30 East 31st Street’s exterior work is inching closer to completion, as installation of the light-colored panels in between the windows on the bottom of the northern elevation is now underway. Located in NoMad between Park Avenue South and Madison Avenue, the 479-foot-tall residential tower is topped-out at 40 stories, and the crossed beams at the top of the podium will soon be encased with the newly arrived panels. The 88,000-square-foot project is designed by Morris Adjmi Architects and developed by Ekstein Development and Pinnacle Real Estate. Douglas Elliman Development is marketing the building’s 42 units, which will be spread across 70,070 square feet for an average of 1,700 square feet apiece. Morris Adjmi-Designed 30 East 31st Street Reaches 479′ Pinnacle in NoMad, Manhattan

Construction of the 40-story tall and diagrid-tipped 30 East 31st Street has finally topped out in NoMad. It is now showing off its unique crisscross exterior influenced by surrounding Gothic architecture from the 1920’s and ‘30s. Morris Adjmi Architects is responsible of the design. Along with topping out, glass installation is nearing the peak. Installation of the metal paneling has not yet started.
