Designed by KR Design Group and developed by Brian O’Donovan of Brivan Holdings LLC, the structure yields 20 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are six units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $57,772 to $139,620.
