Designed by Danois Architects and developed by NYC Housing Authority, the structure yields 181 residences and 11,000 square feet of retail space. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 135 units for residents at 40 to 80 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $22,012 to $132,400.
