From developer Igal Reihanian of Tower Real Estate Investments, the property will eventually yield 44 apartment units, 7,000 square feet of lower-level community facilities, and a 22-vehicle parking garage.
Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 420 Gates Avenue in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. Located between Marcy Avenue and Nostrand Avenue, the interior lot is five blocks south of the Bedford-Nostrand Avenues subway station, serviced by the G train. Igal Reihanian of Tower Real Estate Investments is listed as the owner behind the applications.
