Designed by Woods Bagot and developed by Northlink Capital, the 79,500-square-foot structure will yield 44 units in studio to four-bedroom layouts with sales led by The Serhant Team of Nest Seekers Development Marketing, as well as 12,820 square feet of commercial space.
