Only a portion of the former five-story commercial building’s steel skeleton remains at the site of a planned 11-story, 137,081-square-foot commercial building at 510 West 22nd Street, located along the High Line in West Chelsea. The steel beams will be incorporated into the new building, which means the project is technically an expansion. Excavation work is currently taking place elsewhere on the property, as seen in the latest from Tectonic.

Since then, the plan has changed to 11 stories and now, thanks to images on the architect’s website, we have a new look at what how the completed structure will appear.
