YIMBY spotted a new aerial rendering for 589 Fulton Street, a 52-story mixed-use skyscraper proposed for Downtown Brooklyn. Designed by Beyer Blinder Belle and developed by Witkoff and Apollo Global Management, the 575-foot-tall, 597,824-square-foot tower will rise from a plot bound by DeKalb Avenue to the north, Flatbush Avenue Extension diagonally to the east, Fulton Street to the south, and Bond Street to the west.

Permits have been filed for a 52-story mixed-use skyscraper at 589 Fulton Street in Brooklyn’s Downtown neighborhood. Bound by DeKalb Avenue to the north, Flatbush Avenue Extension diagonally to the east, Fulton Street to the south, and Bond Street to the west, the lot is steps from the DeKalb Avenue subway station, serviced by the B, Q, and R trains. Also within walking distance is the Nevins Street station, serviced by the 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains. RedSky Capital is reportedly the developer but Witkoff is listed as the owner behind the applications.

Demolition work is progressing at 547–589 Fulton Street in Downtown Brooklyn, the site of a proposed skyscraper. RedSky Capital, LLC is reported to be the developer of the triangular-shaped parcel, which is listed as “Fulton Mall” on its website.
