YIMBY went to visit the upper floors of 570 Broome Street and see the skyline views from the completed 25-story residential building in Hudson Square. Designed by Builtd with Skidmore Owings & Merrill handling the lobby and interiors, and developed by Soho Broome Condos LLC, the building yields 54 condominiums that are currently 80 percent sold. The property is bound by Broome Street to the south, Varick Street to the east, Dominick Street to the north, and the entrance lanes to the Holland Tunnel and Hudson Street to the west.

Work Nearing Completion for 570 Broome Street in Hudson Square

570 Broome Street is one of several new projects rising within the Hudson Square district west of Soho. The 25-story building is designed by Builtd while Skidmore Owings & Merrill designed the lobby and interiors. Murat Agirnasli and Partners are the developers. It is set to yield 54 condominiums that look towards the Lower Manhattan skyline and the Hudson River. Work on the outside is nearing completion while interior progress is also making headway.

570 Broome Street Tops Out in Hudson Square, Opening Slated for Late 2018

Construction is moving swiftly at 570 Broome Street, and the 25-story high-rise has officially topped-out. YIMBY last reported on the site a month and a half ago when renderings of interiors and the lobby were revealed. The site is rising in Hudson Square, which is rapidly filling with new residential developments following a comprehensive rezoning passed earlier this decade.
