Leasing at The Beach in Jersey City recently surpassed 75 percent just ten weeks after launching this summer. Those stats make the waterfront property LeFrak Organization’s fastest lease-up development to date and reflect a resilient demand for residential properties in the city’s Gold Coast area.
The LeFrak Organization has revealed its latest collection of residential apartments at 700 Washington Boulevard. The property, officially referred to as The Beach, is positioned on the eastern waterfront edge of Jersey City and will house 336 units.
Construction has topped out on 700 Washington Boulevard, aka the Beach, a 24-story residential building in Newport, Jersey City. Formerly called The Wave, the project is designed by HLW International Architecture and Engineering and developed by LeFrak Organization. The building is located along the Hudson River waterfront just off 18th Street, bordering the northern end of Newport Green Park. A shorter 12-story sibling also stands topped out.
