Also addressed as 2708 Snyder Avenue, the 108,175-square-foot corner building is designed by S. Wieder Architect and developed by Anshel Friedman and will yield a total 105 units in a mix of studios, one-, and two-bedroom units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 32 apartments for residents at 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $61,715 to $159,640.
