Boaz Gilad has become one of the most prolific developers in central Brooklyn, and today we have a look at his latest project, a seven-story residential building planned for 925 Atlantic Avenue in Clinton Hill.

Brooklyn-based Boaz Gilad has filed applications for a seven-story, 21-unit residential building at 925 Atlantic Avenue, in southern Clinton Hill, located two blocks from the Clinton – Washington Avenues stop on the C train. The building will measure 17,237 square feet in total, and units will average 820 square feet apiece. Upper West Side-based Feingold & Gregory Architects is the applicant of record, and an existing single-story warehouse must first be demolished.
