A Major Renovation Project at the 92nd Street Y Now Complete on Manhattan’s Upper East Side

The first phase of a renovation and expansion project at the historic 92nd Street Y on the Upper East Side of Manhattan is now complete. Located at 1395 Lexington Avenue, the project was led by architects Beyer Blinder Belle and has reinvigorated four floors of cultural space within the building.

92NY Breaks Ground on $200M Redevelopment at 1395 Lexington Avenue on Manhattan’s Upper East Side

This month, the 92nd Street Y kicked-off a multi-phase redevelopment of its historic headquarters on the Upper East Side, Manhattan. Located at 1395 Lexington Ave at the corner of East 92nd Street, the $200 million restoration project will help the organization enrich the services, events, and facilities it provides to its visitors and the local Manhattan community.
