The site is just half a block away from the Winthrop Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. The next closest subway station, nine blocks away, is Parkside Avenue, serviced by the Q trains. Infinity Properties is behind the applications.
Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 407 East 117th Street, in Harlem. The site is eight blocks away from the 116th Street subway station, serviced by the 4 and 6 trains. Roy Moussaeiff will be responsible for the development.
Permits have been filed for two six-story residential buildings, at 416 Lenox Avenue and 2371 8th Avenue, in Harlem. TCX Development is developing both projects, and ARC Architecture + Design Studio is designing.
Building applications have been filed for a vacant site at 459 Quincy Street, next to Throop Avenue, in Brooklyn’s Bedford-Stuyvesant. Robert Bianchini’s ARC Architecture + Design Studio is the architect of record, and the new structure will have a total area of 10,859 square feet. Within that, there will be 7,408 square feet of residential space, to be divided amongst ten units, likely rentals. There will be four floors as well as a penthouse level, and four duplex units will be included within the mix, including one that begins on the fourth floor and then takes the entirety of the penthouse. Yosef Elishaiev of Rutland 491 LLC is listed as the developer.
