Rezoning proposals filed by Blondell Equities have revealed a prospective new 9-story mixed-use building in the Westchester Square neighborhood of The Bronx. The proposed building at 1340 Blondell Avenue would contain rental apartments, retail space, and a community medical facility.
Permits have been pre-filed for a thirty-story mixed-use building at the waterside 3875 9th Avenue in Inwood, Manhattan. The site is two blocks away from the 207th Street subway station, serviced by the 1 train, and four blocks from the 207th Street subway station, end of the line for the A trains. Maddd Equities is listed as behind the applications.
Developers recently approached New York City’s Department of City Planning for zoning approvals to permit the construction of a new 9-story, mixed-use building in The Bronx, and today, YIMBY has the first renderings for the project. The site would include a combination of affordable and market-rate housing, ground floor retail, office space, community facilities, and expanded parking accommodations for both public and residential use.

Located in the southern-most tip of the borough at 329 East 132nd Street, future occupants will have views of the Harlem River and the Willis Avenue Bridge.
Permits have been filed for an eight-story affordable senior housing structure at 64 Scholes Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The site is within walking distance to three different subway stations, collectively providing access to the G, J, L, M, and Z trains.
