Designed by Aufgang Architects and developed by Slate Property Group, the structure yields 199 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 56 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $87,635 to $167,570.

Debevoise Senior Housing, a 100 percent affordable housing property for senior residents, opened this week in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The new property is located at 40 Debevoise Street and was developed in partnership by The Arker Companies, New York City’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), and the Jewish Association Serving the Aging (JASA).
