Rendering Revealed for 2065-2067 Ryer Avenue, Fordham Heights, The Bronx

A rendering has been released for the proposed building at 2065-2067 Ryer Avenue, in the Fordham Heights neighborhood of The Bronx. The structure will command a significant presence in the up-and-coming neighborhood. It will be the tallest building on a block otherwise occupied by three and four-story apartment blocks. That said, the immediate surrounding area is filled with buildings of similar height, such as the one depicted in the right corner of the rendering. UA Builders Group is responsible for the development.

The site is seven blocks away from the Freeman Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Badaly Architects is responsible for the design. The development will also be just two blocks away from another project by the firm, at 872 Home Street.

Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 1728 Townsend Avenue, in the Mount Hope neighborhood of The Bronx. The project is ideally located between two subway stations. Two blocks east is the 174-175^th Street station, serviced by the B and D trains, with the 176^th street station two blocks north, serviced by the 4 train. Luce Popaj will be responsible for the development.

The West Farms Square Subway Station is twelve blocks away to the east, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains, and the Tremont Avenue Train Station is seven blocks to the West, serviced by Metro North. Tenants will have quick access to Crotona Park, a 127-acre space described as being the most beautiful park in the borough. Edmond Haxhari will be the developer behind the project.
