Great Neck, N.Y.-based Adora Realty has filed applications for a four-story, seven-unit mixed-use building at 1510 Fulton Street, in southern Bedford-Stuyvesant. The project will measure 6,933 square feet and will include a 415-square-foot retail unit on the ground floor. The residential units, spanning the ground through fourth floors, including a fifth-floor mezzanine level, should average 707 square feet apiece, indicative of rentals. Sung-Ho Shin’s Flushing-based architecture firm is the architect of record. The 20-foot-wide, 2,000-square-foot lot is occupied by a single-story retail building. Demolition permits were filed in July.


208 Nostrand Avenue

Five-Story, Two-Unit Mixed-Use Building Planned At 208 Nostrand Avenue, Bedford-Stuyvesant

An anonymous Brooklyn-based LLC has filed applications for a five-story, two-unit mixed-use building at 208 Nostrand Avenue, in western Bedford-Stuyvesant. The projec, measuring 7,649 square feet, will contain a synygogue on the basement and cellar levels, followed by a duplex apartment on the first and second floors, topped by a triplex apartment on the third through fifth floors. Timothy Lee’s Elmhurst-based architecture firm is the architect of record. The 20-foot-wide, 2,000-square-foot lot is occupied by a three-story townhouse. Demolition permits have not been filed. The Myrtle-Willoughby Avenues stop on the G train is three blocks away.


954 Herkimer Street

Two Four-Story, Six-Unit Residential Buildings Planned At 954 Herkimer Street, Bedford-Stuyvesant

Briarwood-based HIIC Builders has filed applications for two four-story, six-unit residential buildings at 948-954 Herkimer Street, in eastern Bedford-Stuyvesant. The buildings will measure 6,128 square feet each and their residential units should average 714 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. Gerald J. Caliendo’s Briarwood-based architecture firm is the architect of record. The 44-foot-wide, 4,400-square-foot site is currently occupied by a small two-story townhouse. Demolition permits were filed in September. The Ralph Avenue stop on the C train is two blocks away.



203 Quincy Street

Four-Story, 10-Unit Residential Building Coming To 203 Quincy Street, Bedford-Stuyvesant

Brooklyn-based Infinity Properties has filed applications for a four-story, 10-unit residential building at 203 Quincy Street in western Bedford-Stuyvesant. The project will measure 10,866 square feet and its residential units should average 748 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. One of the apartments on the fourth floor will feature space on an upper penthouse level. Forest Hills-based ARC Architecture + Design Studio is the architect of record. The 38-foot-wide, 3,750-square-foot plot was occupied by a three-story townhouse until that was demolished this past summer. The Bedford-Nostrand Avenues stop on the G train is four blocks away.
