Available on NYC Housing Connect is a one-bedroom and two two-bedroom units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $66,858 to $159,640. 2746 Fulton Street is designed by Studio Gallos. The nine-unit building will yield 9,409 square feet with one unit designated as affordable housing. DOB Greenlights Bethany Terraces, Affordable Senior Housing in East Flatbush, Brooklyn

The Department of Buildings recently approved plans for Bethany Terraces, a four-story affordable senior housing development at 604 East 40th Street in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Developed by RiseBoro Community Partnership, which will operate the facility, and designed by Paul A. Castrucci Architects, the 39,200-square-foot project will be built to Passive House Standards.
