The reinforced concrete building is close to topping off behind the Dime Savings Bank landmark. The project sits on a 50,000 square foot site, almost an acre in size, and will span just over 350,000 square feet.
Architects STUDIOSC have revealed an updated set of renderings for a ground-up residential building at 420 Tompkins Avenue in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. At seven stories, the building will comprise approximately 40,000 square feet and is expected to wrap up construction this year.
Permits have been filed for a four-story mixed-use building at 689 Franklin Avenue in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Located on the corner of Franklin Avenue and Prospect Place, the vacant lot is one block north of the Park Place subway station, serviced by the S train. It is also seven blocks south of the Franklin Avenue subway station, serviced by the C and S trains. David Manesh of Two Lot LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

Located between Seventh and Eighth Avenues, the lot is five blocks north of the 8th Avenue subway station, serviced by the N and W trains. Qiao Ling Guo of BK Guo Group LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
