Western Hemisphere’s Highest Rooftop Infinity Pool Coming to Extell’s Brooklyn Point, Downtown Brooklyn

Renderings have been revealed for the rooftop recreation terrace on top of Brooklyn Point, located at 138 Willoughby Street, in Downtown Brooklyn. Swimmers will be able to look over the East River to Downtown and Midtown Manhattan, and once complete, it will be the highest residential infinity pool in the Western Hemisphere. The tower rises up 720 feet, nearly a hundred feet higher than the Marina Bay Sands Hotel and its rooftop pool in Singapore. Matthews Nielsen Landscape Architects will be responsible for the site, which also includes a sundeck, outdoor dining area, changing room and showers, and outdoor movie screening space.
