The project has been named Caesura, a term for the pause in the middle of a line of music poetry. Its next-door neighbor, the Brooklyn Academy of Music, gives the inspiration. Jonathan Rose Companies LLC is behind the building, which had previously gone by the address of 15 Lafayette Avenue.
