Permits have been filed by an anonymous LLC for a four-story residential building at 701 Lafayette Avenue, in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. The location is three blocks east of the Nostrand Avenue Subway Station, serviced by the G trains. The project is one of three conjoined sites, with IMC Architecture responsible for all three facades, and the buildings on 701 and 703.
Permits have been filed for a three-story residence at 1466 East 5th Street, in Midwood, Brooklyn. The project is situated in a residential area, and is six blocks away from Avenue N, serviced by the F train. Aviva Didia will be responsible for the development.
Renderings are out for a nine-story residential building at 514 Herkimer Street, in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. IMC Architecture is responsible for the building. The firm’s Principal, Eugene Mekhtiyev, told us that “the design is inspired by older masonry architecture prevalent throughout Brooklyn… The project is meant to fit within the context of the borough while providing a unique design.”

The site sits three blocks from the waterfront, and six blocks away from the Greenpoint Avenue Subway Station, serviced by the G train. Daniel Kaykow of Renovation Group is responsible for the development.

The site would come to one of the more active areas of the neighborhood, near McCarren Park, and four blocks away from the Metropolitan Avenue subway station, serviced by the L and G trains. Being Williamsburg, plenty of nightlife and exciting restaurants are in the area. South Side Units will be responsible for the development.
