The apartments will occupy an assemblage of land at the intersection of Christopher Avenue and Glenmore Avenue, and Think! Architecture + Design is the project architect.

Named the “Marcus Garvey Extension,” the new development will comprise 908,460 gross square feet with anticipated completion in 2024.

The site is five blocks away from the Atlantic Avenue subway station, serviced by the L trains; the East New York train station is also nearby, serviced by the LIRR. Six blocks away is the major Broadway Junction subway intersection, serviced by the A, C, J, L, M, and Z trains.
