The Feil Organization has announced that multinational accounting and consulting services firm Marcum Asia CPAs LLP is expanding its headquarters at 7 Penn Plaza, an 18-story commercial building at 370 Seventh Avenue in Chelsea. The firm will add 8,851 square feet of office space to its existing footprint, bringing its total occupancy to 14,870 square feet on the eighth floor for the next decade.
Spanish multinational financial services company BBVA has announced plans to relocate its headquarters to Two Manhattan West, a recently completed 58-story office skyscraper in the Manhattan West complex in Midtown West. The move is set to be finalized by the end of 2024.

TF Cornerstone will soon welcome Chip City Cookies, an expanding New York City-based bakery, as a retail tenant at 278 Seventh Avenue in Chelsea, Manhattan. Designed by FXCollaborative, the 14-story rental property known as Chelsea Centro opened in 2001 and comprises around 133,000 square feet. Chip City Cookies is expected to open at the beginning of next year.
