Queens-based Xiaozhong Yuan has filed applications for three three-story, three-unit residential buildings at 108-43 – 108-47 52nd Avenue, in Corona, located just west of Flushing Meadows Corona Park. Two of the buildings will have 3,201 square feet of residential space each, while the third structure will contain 2,942 square feet. Across the entire development, full-floor units will average a relatively spacious 1,038 square feet apiece. Flushing-based Zheng & Associates is the applicant of record. Demolition started last week on two existing two-story townhouses, according to filings.
