Permits have been filed for a three-story residence at 1050 East 3rd Street in Midwood, Brooklyn. The site comes three blocks away from the Avenue I Station, serviced by the F trains. Five blocks away is the historical Washington Cemetery. An anonymous LLC will be responsible for the development.
Permits have been filed for an eight-story dormitory building at 2662 Kingsbridge Terrace, in Fordham Manor, The Bronx. The site is eight blocks away from the Kingsbridge Road Subway Station, serviced by the 4 train. The James J. Peters VA Medical Center is two blocks away, and Lehman College is a twelve-minute walk away. An anonymous LLC is responsible for the development.
Foundation work has begun for the six-story mixed-use building at 805 Washington Avenue, in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, as seen in the latest from Tectonic. Construction crews have cleared away much of the lot, and steel has been installed along the perimeter. The site is just a block away from the Brooklyn Museum in Prospect Park, and the Brooklyn Botanical Garden is also nearby.
In August, the owners of the Key Food at 801 Washington Avenue in Crown Heights announced plans to shutter the store on the corner of Lincoln Place to make way for a residential building. Now applications have been filed with the Department of Buildings for the nine-story project, which will have a main address at 805 Washington Avenue.
