Reveal For 3301 Atlantic Avenue, Another Massive Mixed-Use Development Coming to East New York

With East New York’s rezoning now finalized, YIMBY recently revealed one of the first big developments coming to the neighborhood, at 1427-1429 Loring Avenue. Permits were also recently filed for a new complex at 3301 Atlantic Avenue/250 Euclid Avenue, at the end of January. Now, we have the first rendering for that building as well, which is being designed by Dattner Architects.

12-Story, 121-Unit Residential Project Planned at 1812 Vyse Avenue, Crotona Park East

Dunn Development Corporation has filed applications for a 12-story, 121-unit residential building at 1812 Vyse Avenue, in the Crotona Park East section of the West Bronx. The project will measure 104,519 square feet and rise 115 feet to its roof. The residential units, which will be rentals according to a report by The Real Deal, should average 837 square feet apiece. Amenities will be located on the ground floor, followed by apartments across the second through 12th floors. Dattner Architects is the architect of record. The 15,151-square-foot site is currently vacant.


3205 Broadway

Columbia University’s Three-Story University and Academic Conference Center Rises at 3205 Broadway, Harlem

Construction is now two stories above street level on Columbia University’s three-story, 55,980-square-foot University and Academic Conference Center at 3205 Broadway, located on the corner of West 125th Street in Harlem’s Manhattanville section. Steel beam construction can be seen thanks to an update by Harlem+Bespoke. The new building will include an information center, two auditoriums, offices, meeting rooms and a café.

14-Story, 403-Unit Affordable Mixed-Use Project Filed at 250 Euclid Avenue, East New York

Non-profit affordable housing developer Phipps Houses has filed applications for a 14-story, 403-unit mixed-use tower at 250 Euclid Avenue, a.k.a. 3301 Atlantic Avenue, in the Cypress Hills section of East New York. The project will encompass 415,476 square feet and rise 143 feet to its roof. There will be 20,977 square feet of ground-floor retail, followed by residential units across floors two through 14, The Real Deal first reported. The apartments should average 936 square feet apiece and will all be designated as affordable.
