Located at 50 Nevins Street, the property now comprises 6,000 square feet of commercial space and over 100,000 square feet of residential area.

Designed by Dattner Architects and developed by Catholic Charities, the structure yields 102 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 35 units for residents at 40 to 50 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $0 to $53,700.

Located at 1230 Metcalf Avenue, available homes are reserved for individuals and households earning between 30 percent and 90 percent Area Median Income (AMI), as well as 25 units for the formerly homeless.
