The Department of City Planning is now reviewing Environmental Impact Statements for a six-building expansion of Stevenson Commons in the Soundview section of The Bronx. Owned by Camber Property Group, the development site is located at White Plains Road and 1850 Lafayette Avenue and currently comprises nine Mitchell-Lama buildings spanning 990,050 square feet.

From Gowanus Forward, a consortium of developers including Domain Companies, Monadnock, and PMG, the renderings show a drastically reinvigorated public thoroughfare with open green spaces, recreational boating, new benches, and a winding esplanade.
This Monday, the City Planning Commission certified a major initiative to rezone Manhattan’s Soho and Noho Historic Districts. The Department of City Planning has officially launched the requisite public review process for 960 Franklin Avenue, a contentious high-rise development in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. The proposal includes two 39-story buildings flanked by several additional volumes ranging from 16 to 20 stories.
A private developer has revealed proposals to construct a new five-story mixed-use building at 135-137 Bedford Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. If approved, the structure will comprise over 10,000 square feet and top out around 55 feet above ground.
