An anonymous Staten Island-based LLC has filed applications for three three-story, two-family houses at 695-703 Huguenot Avenue, in Woodrow, a neighborhood located along Staten Island’s South Shore. The buildings will measure 3,842 square feet each. Across all three, the units should average a family-sized 1,638 square feet apiece.
