Eight-Story, 10-Unit Mixed-Use Building Filed At 150 East 108th Street, East Harlem

Prime Rok Real Estate has filed applications for an eight-story, 10-unit mixed-use building at 150 East 108th Street, in East Harlem, two blocks from the 6 train’s stop at 110th Street. The 13,187 square-foot building will feature 2,209 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, followed by the same square footage in health care facility on the second floor. Apartments will occupy the third through eighth floors, averaging 877 square feet apiece. Bushwick-based Hany Rizkalla is the architect of record.


2211 Third Avenue

10-Story, 93-Unit Mixed-Use Building Breaks Ground At 2211 3rd Avenue, East Harlem

At the beginning of 2015, YIMBY revealed renderings for HAP’s planned 10-story, 93-unit mixed-use building at 2211 Third Avenue, in East Harlem, and now the developer has broken ground on the project, Real Estate Weekly reports. In the 120,000 square-foot building, commercial-retail space on the bottom floors will measure 26,000 square feet. A community facility on the ground floor will also take up 1,000 square feet. Twenty percent of the apartments will be let at below-market rates, and Karl Fischer is designing.


231 East 123rd Street

Six-Story, 11-Unit Residential Building To Replace Townhouse At 231 East 123rd Street, East Harlem

Big Brooklyn Rehab Inc. has filed applications for a six-story, 11-unit residential building at 231 East 123rd Street, in East Harlem, four blocks from the 125th Street stop on the 4, 5 and 6 trains. The building will measure 8,670 square feet, which means units will average 790 square feet — probably rentals. Woody Chen’s Infocus Design & Planning is the applicant of record, and the existing three-story, three-family townhouse must first be demolished.



1800 Park Avenue

Development Site At 1800 Park Avenue Being Sold Off, East Harlem

Last Fall, YIMBY revealed renderings of the ODA-designed 32-story, 682-unit mixed-use building planned at 1800 Park Avenue, in East Harlem. Excavation is currently underway, but now its developer, Continuum Company, is planning to sell the development site, according to the New York Post. The property, located at the Harlem-125th Street stop on Metro North and the 4, 5 and 6 subways, is expected to go for $150 million. Current plans also include 80,000 square feet of retail space.
