The three-block assemblage comprises 223, 225, and 227 Vermont Street, but is currently referred to by the DOB as 223-227 Vermont Street. Today, YIMBY has the exclusive reveal for the renderings.
Located between Schenck Avenue and Barbey Street in East New York, Brooklyn, permits are up for a new residential project at 518-523 Belmont Avenue. Nearby transit access is two city blocks west, at the Van Siclen Avenue subway station, serviced by the A and C trains on Pitkin Avenue. The project consists of supportive housing in conjunction with the New York City Department of Housing and Preservation’s Supportive Housing Loan Program.
Permits for a new six-story building at 2776 Fulton Street were filed this week. Located in East New York, Brooklyn, between Miller Avenue and Van Siclen Avenue, the proposed development site is eight blocks west of the Cleveland Street subway station, serviced by the J train. Alfred Basal of Plaza Homes is listed as the owner of the project.
Permits have been filed for two four-story residential buildings on adjacent lots at 1451-1453 Sutter Avenue, in East New York, Brooklyn. The development sites are located between Grant Avenue and Eldert Lane. Nearby transit options include the A train at Grant Avenue, and the A and C trains at Euclid Avenue. 1451-1453 Sutter Avenue, LLC is listed as the owner on the filings.
Designed by SLCE Architects, 516 Schroeders Avenue is the one of the final phases of the Nehemiah Spring Creek development in East New York, and today YIMBY has a first look at renderings. The complete development arrives on the heels of an initiative to reinvigorate a predominantly low-income area of Brooklyn, New York, and spans nearly 45 acres of land.
