The site is seven blocks away from the Church Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Eleven blocks away is the Church Avenue station serviced by the B and Q trains. Aboksis Realty is responsible for the development.

The project will rise five blocks away from the Flatbush Avenue Subway Station, the end of the line for the 2 and 5 trains, and a short walk east to the Brooklyn College campus.

The site comes ten blocks away from the Beverly Road Subway Station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. 11 blocks away in the opposite direction is a homonymous Subway Station, serviced by the Q trains. IDS Management will be responsible for the development.
A rendering has been revealed for the six-story residential building set to rise at 1702 Newkirk Avenue, in Southern Flatbush, Brooklyn. The concrete design showcases a small amount of landscaping along the outside of the entrance, and eight balconies, with two on each floor after the third. Bizdesigns is responsible for the architecture.
