SB Development and Hazelton Capital Group have secured a $62 million loan to facilitate the completion of Nova, an 86-unit condominium tower at 41-05 29th Street in Long Island City, Queens. Designed by Fogarty Finger, the residential collection will range from studios up to three-bedroom layouts, with no more than five units per floor. The loan was provided by Northwind Group, a Manhattan-based real estate private equity firm.

Excavation Progresses for 34-Story Skyscraper at 15 Hanover Place in Downtown Brooklyn

Excavation is moving along at 15 Hanover Place, the site of a 34-story residential skyscraper in Downtown Brooklyn. Designed by Fogarty Finger and developed by Lonicera Partners, for which Cushman & Wakefield arranged $134 million in construction financing from Santander and City National Bank, the 463-foot-tall structure will span 70,734 square feet and yield 314 apartments with 95 reserved for affordable housing, as well as 9,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Noble Construction Group is serving as the general contractor for the property, which was formerly addressed as 23 Hanover Place and is located at the corner of Livingston Street and Hanover Place.

445 Grand Avenue’s Façade Progresses in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn

Exterior work is progressing on 445 Grand Avenue, a nine-story residential building in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Designed by Fogarty Finger and developed by Ranger Properties, the 110-foot-tall structure will yield 120,809 square feet with 113 rental units, 7,652 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and a 4,362-square-foot community center for the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Thirty percent of the homes will be designated as affordable housing. KD Sagamore Capital is listed as the owner and Titanium Construction Services is the general contractor for the property, which is located at the corner of Grand Avenue and Fulton Street.
