Flushing-based DBMC Equities has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building at 69 Woodbine Street, in central Bushwick. The structure will measure 6,818 square feet and its residential units should average 685 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. Amenities include laundry facilities and outdoor terraces on the ground floor and rooftop. Gerald J. Caliendo’s Briarwood-based architecture firm is the architect of record. The 2,500-square-foot lot is currently occupied by a two-story townhouse, although demolition permits haven’t been filed. The Gates Avenue stop on the J and Z trains is two blocks away.

Eight-Story, Five-Unit Mixed-Use Building Filed at 571 Classon Avenue, Bedford-Stuyvesant

Queens Village-based Atari Realty has filed applications for an eight-story, five-unit mixed-use building at 571 Classon Avenue, located in the southwestern corner of Bedford-Stuyvesant. The project will measure 10,623 square feet. It will contain 1,149 square feet of ground-floor retail space, followed by full-floor-plus residential units on the second through eighth floors. The apartments should average 1,248 square feet, indicative of condominiums. Gerald J. Caliendo’s Briarwood-based architecture firm is the architect of record. The 2,264-square-foot property is currently vacant. The Franklin Avenue-Fulton Street stop on the A and C trains and Franklin Avenue Shuttle is around the corner.

31 Brighton 2nd Place

Four-Story, Four-Unit Residential Building Planned at 31 Brighton 2nd Place, Brighton Beach

Great Neck, N.Y.-based RealNet Holdings has filed applications for a four-story, four-unit residential building at 31 Brighton 2nd Place, in Brighton Beach. The project will measure 4,344 square feet. Its full-floor residential units should average 980 square feet apiece, so either rental apartments or condominiums could be in the works. The top-floor apartment will be a duplex and will feature space on an upper mezzanine level. There will be a three-car parking garage in the basement. Gerald J. Caliendo’s Briarwood-based architectural firm is the architect of record. The 40-foot-wide, 1,800-square-foot property was occupied by a dilapidated two-story house until that was demolished in the first half of 2015. The Ocean Parkway stop on the Q train is three blocks away.

Four-Story, Multi-Unit Residential Building Planned at 145 Conselyea Street, Williamsburg

Flushing-based property owner David Cohen has filed applications for a four-story, multi-unit residential building at 145 Conselyea Street, in northern Williamsburg. It will measure 6,981 square feet and its residential units should average between 623 square feet and 712 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. The range is due to contradictory filings, where one lists eight units and the other lists seven. Gerald J. Caliendo’s Briarwood-based architectural firm is the architect of record. The 25-foot-wide, 2,500-square-foot property is currently occupied by a two-story townhouse. Demolition permits haven’t been filed. The Graham Avenue stop on the L train is located two blocks away.

The project will measure 7,570 square feet and its residential units should average 684 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. Each floor will host two apartments. Gerald J. Caliendo’s Briarwood-based architectural firm is the architect of record. The 25-foot-wide, 2,496-square-foot property is currently occupied by a two-story townhouse. Demolition permits haven’t been filed. The Central Avenue stop on the M train is located a block away.
