The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) public housing complex sits between 151st and 153rd Street, Macombs Place, and Harlem River Drive in Harlem.

Lam Group and Exact Capital Group have closed on a $167.5 million construction loan to refinance Victoria Tower Residences, a 26-story mixed-use rental property in Central Harlem. The building is located at 233 West 125th Street, a site formerly occupied by the historic Victoria Theatre.

Located between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, the lot is one block from the 125th Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 3 trains. New renderings have been revealed for 164-168 West 136th Street, an eight-story residential building in Central Harlem. Designed by Tectus Design and developed by Haussmann Development and Coltown Properties, the structure will yield 21,885 square feet and 27 rental units, as well as amenities including a residential lounge, a rear yard, and a fitness center. The development site is an assemblage of lots located between Adam Clayton Powell Jr and Malcolm X Boulevards.
