Located between 43rd Avenue and 44th Road, the lot is near the Queensboro Plaza subway station, serviced by the 7, N, and W trains. Weitao Shi of Central Realty LIC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The Yonkers Industrial Development Agency has approved financial incentives for the Miroza Tower, a 25-story residential building at 44 Hudson Street in the city’s downtown. Designed by INOA Architecture, the structure will yield 267 rental apartments, a collection of amenity spaces, and 1,699 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor.
Exterior work is nearing completion on 76 West 105th Street, a six-story townhouse in the Manhattan Valley section of the Upper West Side. Designed by INOA Architecture and developed by Moonshot Development under the 76 West 105 Holdings LLC with co-developer partner Sentai Capital, the 9,200-square-foot structure will yield two triplex units with elevator access. Top Rock Development and Construction is the general contractor for the project, which stands on a small rectangular lot between Columbus and Manhattan Avenues.
Tona Development and KS Group have closed on a $49.9 million construction loan to complete a new rental building at 50 Sussex Avenue in Newark, New Jersey. Designed by INOA Architecture, the building will top out at 15 stories and contain a mix of 203 apartments and 2,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
