The Greenpoint at 21 India Street Awaiting Imminent Completion in Greenpoint, Brooklyn

Located at 21 India Street, The Greenpoint sits right off the India Street ferry terminal along the East River. Isolated from the cluster of new towers rising on the waterfront by the Williamsburg Bridge and Greenpoint Landing to the north, it is the tallest skyscraper in the neighborhood. Designed by Ismael Leyva Architects and developed by Mack Real Estate Group, the 39-story residential development is almost complete and will have 500 units composed of condominiums and rentals. The entire 392-foot tall project is set to span 454,502 square feet.

Rising on the southwestern corner of Phase I at Hudson Yards, 15 Hudson Yards is wrapping up its glass exterior work, while interiors are getting ready for opening day this coming spring. Designed by Diller Scofidio + RenfroRockwell Group, and Ismael Leyva Architects, the tower stands 88 floors, and ranks as the 15th-tallest skyscraper under construction in New York City. 45 Park Place Nears Halfway Mark On Way To 667-Foot Pinnacle in Lower Manhattan

It has been several months since YIMBY last checked on 45 Park Place, a soon-to-be 45-story, 667-foot residential tower rising in the blocks just below Tribeca. Now, the building is nearing the halfway mark. It is already surpassing adjacent structures that have hidden ongoing progress since the project began to vertically take off this year. The site is being developed by Sharif el-Gamal’s Soho Properties, and will have a substantial presence on the changing skyline by the end of the decade.

232 East 54th Street has topped-out, and now stands 24 stories above a 5,000 square foot plot of land in the Midtown East neighborhood of Sutton Place, between Second and Third Avenues. Ismael Leyva Architects is the designer while Elias Kalimian of Elk Investors is the developer of the project. The 237-foot tall mixed-use building covers 59,381 square feet, and will have 75 units within averaging close to 800 square feet apiece.

Renderings Revealed for Apartments and H-Mart at 144-74 Northern Boulevard, Flushing, Queens

The Queens neighborhood of Flushing is in for yet another new development at 144-74 Northern Boulevard, where a seven-story apartment complex with 100 residential units and ground-floor retail will soon rise. Sabre Real Estate Group is the developer of the project, and Ismael Leyva Architects is the designer.
