Leasing launched this week for 30 Kent Street, a new waterfront mixed-use development in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Developed by BNS Real Estate and Wonder Works Construction with design by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects, the 11-story building yields 80 residences and two ground-floor retail spaces. Development Marketing Team is handling marketing for the mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom floorplans ranging from 400 to 1,100 square feet. Pricing starts at $3,200 per month, move-ins have already begun.

Designed by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects and developed by Valyrian Capital and Pan Brothers, the 40,230-square-foot structure yields 30 units averaging 1,200 square feet apiece, as well as retail space on the ground floor and cellar level. Renderings from Kutnicki Bernstein Architects reveal a modified exterior design for 45 Dash Place, a rental building under construction in the Riverdale section of The Bronx. The new illustrations depict ornamental masonry and dark metal framing surrounding all windows facing Dash Place, similarly-hued metal canopies and pin signage above entrances at both the front and rear elevations, and a three-story community facility that will function as a school.

540 Waverly Avenue Tops Out in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn

Construction has topped out on 540 Waverly Avenue, a nine-story mixed-use building in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Designed by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects and developed by The Daten Group, the 117,000-square-foot structure will yield 135 rental apartments spread across 91,000 square feet, including 40 units reserved for affordable housing, as well 6,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and a 56-vehicle parking garage. The property is located at the corner of Atlantic and Waverly Avenues.
