One Essex Crossing Launches Sales On The Lower East Side of Manhattan

Today, One Essex Crossing is officially launching sales, and YIMBY has an exclusive reveal of a slew of renderings for the project, for which occupancy is anticipated later this year. Located on Manhattan’s Lower East Side, the 14-story full-block development is designed by CetraRuddy and developed by Delancey Street Associates, which is comprised of BFC Partners, L+M Development Partners, Taconic Partners, the Prusik Group, and Goldman Sachs Urban Investment Group. The site is bounded by Delancey Street to the north, Suffolk Street to the east, Broome Street to the south, and Norfolk Street to the west, and is one of several addresses in the Essex Crossing master plan that’s spread across six acres and a total of nine buildings. Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is handling sales for One Essex Crossing with prices ranging from $890,000 for a studio, to $6,689,000 for a duplex penthouse.

Developers Secure $349M for Bronx Point Affordable Housing Complex, in the South Bronx

L+M Development Partners, Type A Projects, BronxWorks, and the City of New York have closed on $349 million financing package to complete phase one of Bronx Point, a new mixed-use affordable housing complex in the South Bronx. As a public-private partnership, the financing entities include the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development, the New York City Housing Development Corporation, Empire State Development, Wells Fargo, and additional private funding sources.

Exterior work is now fully complete at 25 Park Row, a 702-foot-tall mixed-use skyscraper in the Financial District, and what had been an active project on YIMBY’s annual December countdown list the past few years. Designed by COOKFOX Architects and developed by J&R Music World’s Friedman family and L+M Development Partners, the 50-story reinforced concrete structure contains a total of 110 residences. Phase One of the 100% Affordable Housing Development Sendero Verde Tops Out in Harlem

The first phase of Sendero Verde, a 100-percent affordable housing development, has topped out in East Harlem. L+M Development Partners, Jonathan Rose Companies, Acacia Network are developing the project which will bring 360 units of affordable housing and one superintendent’s unit spread in phase one across two buildings, the 15-story B-North and the ten-story B-South. It also includes space for a school with a full gymnasium, community facility space for Union Settlement Association, and an 18,000-square-foot public courtyard with a children’s play area, outdoor exercise equipment for adults, seating areas, and a stage for community events. Phase one of is designed by Handel Architects.
