Permits have been filed for a 17-story mixed-use building with affordable housing at 405 West 206th Street in Inwood, Manhattan. Encompassing the block along Ninth Avenue from West 206th to West 207th Streets, the lot is one block from the 207th Street subway station, serviced by the 1 train. L+M Development Partners is listed as the owner behind the applications, after purchasing 20,000-square-foot parking lot for $7.2 million earlier this year.

Affordable Housing Lottery Opens for 95 Units at 14 Lecount Place in New Rochelle

The Housing Action Council in New Rochelle is now accepting applications for 14 Lecount Place in the downtown neighborhood. Developed by Wilder Balter Partners and L+M Development Partners, the 27-story mixed-use new-construction building is expected to open this fall with 285 market-rate apartments and 95 affordable rental units. The 457,000-square-foot project is designed by Beyer Blinder Belle. Additional components include 6,200 square feet of retail space, parking, and residential amenities.

Construction Imminent on New Georgia King Village in Newark, New Jersey

Construction is expected to break ground this summer on Georgia King Village, a new construction project in Newark‘s Fairmount neighborhood with affordable housing, residences for the formerly homeless, and a community healthcare clinic with social services for at-risk populations. Development partners include University Hospital, L+M Development Partners, as well as various state and city agencies. Inglese Architecture + Engineering is responsible for the design.
