Details within a dense environmental assessment statement prepared for the Department of City Planning reveal the very first renderings of the building, which would require several zoning amendments and waivers before breaking ground.
Commercial developer Marx Realty has returned with the first completed images of its newly branded office tower at 10 Grand Central.
