Macquarie Group, a global financial services company, is the latest to join an expanding roster of new commercial tenants at 660 Fifth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. As the tower’s anchoring tenant, the firm will occupy 221,764 square feet, spread across six floors, in addition to having a private lobby entrance on both the first and second floors, 30,000 square feet of private outdoor space, and top of building signage.

Located at 1074 Washington Avenue, the Trinity-Reverend William James Senior Apartments is constructed on land formerly occupied by a vacant United Methodist church and today comprises a collection of 154 deeply affordable apartments, a 5,400-square-foot social services facility on the ground floor, and recreational amenity spaces for future occupants.

Construction is complete on 212 West 93rd Street, a 14-story residential building on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by Eran Chen, head of ODA, and developed by Landsea Homes and Leyton Properties, the 65,000-square-foot structure features 20 condominium units in one- to four-bedroom layouts and a select number of full-floor penthouses with interiors by GRADE New York, as well as the new home for the Shaare Zedek Synagogue. The Tuinstra Davis Team at Douglas Elliman and Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling sales and marketing for the property, which is located near the corner of Broadway and West 93rd Street.
