Excavation and pilings are underway at 88 Schermerhorn Street, the site of a 20-story mixed-use building in Brooklyn Heights, Brooklyn. Designed by NA Design Studio, the 185-foot-tall structure will yield 58 units with an average scope of 660 square feet, as well as 10,509 square feet of commercial space and a 30-foot-long rear yard. 88 Schermerhorn Holdings LLC is listed as the owner and On Star Management LLC is the general contractor for the property, which is located on an interior lot between Boerum Place and Court Street. Bianca D’Alessio and Justin Mezzatesta from The Masters Division at Nest Seekers International will handle sales for the property, which will be called Modavie once sales eventually launch.
