The opening marks a significant expansion from its initial 900-square-foot space that opened in 2018. New Life Science Facility Announced at 707 Eleventh Avenue in Hell’s Kitchen, Manhattan

The Georgetown Company and Beacon Capital Partners, in collaboration with ZoE Life Sciences, have announced plans for a seven-story life science facility at 707 Eleventh Avenue in Hell’s Kitchen. Designed by Elkus Manfredi, the 185,000-square-foot structure is located between West 50th and 51st Streets. The new development is supported by the New York City Industrial Development Agency and managed by the New York City Economic Development Corporation, and will feature laboratory, research, and office spaces.
