Sales Launch for FÖRENA at 540 Sixth Avenue In Chelsea, Manhattan

Sales are now underway at FÖRENA, a 12-story residential building at 540 Sixth Avenue in Chelsea. Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects and developed by Landsea Homes and DNA Development, the structure will yield 50 units spread across 80,000 square feet of residential space. Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes of The Eklund Gomes Team at Douglas Elliman are handling marketing and sales of the one- to three-bedroom units. Prices begin at $1.3 million for homes at the property, located at the corner of West 14th Street and Sixth Avenue.

2505 Broadway’s Brick Façade Continues Installation on Manhattan’s Upper West Side

Sales have officially launched for Adam America Real Estate‘s 2505 Broadway, a new 19-story residential building located on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. The 75,000-square-foot building is designed by ODA and is situated by the corner of Broadway and West 93rd Street. There will be a total of 44 one to four+ bedroom residences, all cleverly oriented to capture the very best lighting while maximizing living space. Many residences also feature private outdoor terraces. Ariel Tirosh along with Douglas Elliman Development Marketing are the exclusive sales and marketing agents for the project.

Leasing has launched for market-rate rentals at 52-41 Center Boulevard, TF Cornerstone’s latest high-rise addition to the Long Island City. Located along the East River waterfront, the 46-story tower is one of several residential properties within the Hunter’s Point South mega-development and introduces 394 rental apartments.

52-03 and 52-41 Center Boulevard Rapidly Take Shape Over Hunters Point South, Queens

Construction has topped out on 52-03 Center Boulevard, a 587-foot-tall, 56-story skyscraper in Hunters Point, Queens, while its 46-story, 475-foot-tall sibling is nearly complete at 52-41 Center Boulevard. Designed by ODA Architecture with SLCE Architects as the architect of record, the two towers are part of TF Cornerstone‘s Hunters Point South development, which is set to bring a total of 1,194 residential units to the East River waterfront. Of these, 719 will be designated for affordable housing. 52-03 and 52-41 Center Boulevard are bound by Center Boulevard to the west, Borden Avenue to the north, 2nd Street to the east, and 54th Avenue to the south.

New Renderings Revealed for Era at 251 West 91st Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side

New renderings have been released for Era, a 20-story residential building at 251 West 91st Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by ODA and developed by Adam America Real Estate and Northlink Capital, the property is located at the corner of West 91st Street and Broadway and will yield 57 units in one- to five-bedroom layouts ranging from 887 square feet to 3,524 square feet. Reuveni Real Estate is leading sales and marketing for the homes, which will cost between $1,625,000 to $11,250,000.

Created by MOSO Studio, the renderings depict the upper and ground-floor levels of the structure, which is topped out at the corner of Broadway and West 93rd Street. ODA is also designing the interiors of the property and its 44 residential units, averaging 1,934 square feet apiece. Tomer Yogev of Adam America Real Estate is the developer for the 75,000-square-foot structure, which will also feature 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling sales and marketing for the project.

Designed by ODA Architecture LPC and developed by Tomer Yogev of Adam America Real Estate, the 75,000-square-foot structure stands 210 feet tall and will yield a total of 44 residential units, averaging 1,934 square feet apiece, as well as 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The property is located between West 93rd and West 94th Streets.
