TF Cornerstone has officially opened 595 Dean Street, a two-tower residential development in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. Located within the Pacific Park masterplanned neighborhood, the property comprises 558 market-rate apartments, 240 affordable housing units, a 60,000-square-foot public plaza, and 3,412 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
Construction is complete on Brooklyn Crossing, a 51-story residential skyscraper at 18 Sixth Avenue in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn and the tallest building in the 22-acre Pacific Park master plan. Designed by Perkins Eastman and developed by The Brodsky Organization and Greenland Forest City Partners, the 532-foot-tall, 740,000-square-foot building yields 858 rental units with 258 dedicated to affordable housing. Tishman Construction was the general contractor, McNamara Salvia was the structural engineer, and Lemay + Escobar was the interior designer for the property, which is located at the corner of Atlantic and Sixth Avenues, adjacent to Barclays Center.

Updated renderings from The J Associates and Input Creative Studios reveal exterior modifications for 1499 Bedford Avenue, a forthcoming rental property on the border of Prospect Heights and Crown Heights in Brooklyn. Compared to previous renderings, the masonry facade will now feature a mix of tan and black brick to create a more harmonious transition from the ground floor to the building’s upper levels.
