Hill West Architects is the designer of the 229-foot-tall tower while the Moinian Group and Bushburg Properties are the developers. Designed by CetraRuddy Architecture, the building’s 227,000 square feet will comprise 250 market-rate rentals, office space, ground floor retail, and a potential community facility.
