This is not uncommon for the Queens neighborhood, but 153-19 Jamaica Avenue will be different, and today we have the first renderings for the building. BFC Partners has told YIMBY that all 139 units of the project will let at affordable housing rates. The facilities will also include supportive facilities, managed by New Destiny Housing.
