Construction continues to rise on 395 Carroll Street, a two-tower mixed-use development in Gowanus, Brooklyn. Designed by Hamish Whitefield Architects and developed by Rabsky Group with $92 million in construction financing from G4 Capital, the 226-foot-tall project will span 526,000 square feet and yield 298 condominium units with an average scope of 1,365 square feet, as well as 51,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, a cellar level, a 40-foot-long rear yard, and 52 enclosed parking spaces. President Union LLC is the owner and Sky Construction NY Inc. is the general contractor for the project, which is alternately addressed as 325 Bond Street and bound by Union Street to the north, Carroll Street to the south, the Gowanus Canal to the east, and Bond Street to the west.

Affordable Housing Lottery Launches for 69 Adams Street in DUMBO, Brooklyn

The affordable housing lottery has launched for 69 Adams Street, a 26-story residential building in DUMBO, Brooklyn. Designed by Fischer + Makooi Architect and developed by Rabsky Group, the structure yields 225 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 70 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $105,223 to $198,250.

69 Adams Street Nears Completion In DUMBO, Brooklyn

Construction is nearing completion on 69 Adams Street, a 26-story residential building in DUMBO, Brooklyn. Designed by Fariba Makooi of Fischer + Makooi Architects and developed by Rabsky Group, the 280-foot-tall structure will span 258,200 square feet and yield 225 rental units in studio to two-bedroom layouts, as well as 60 feet of ground-floor retail frontage, a middle office component, a 25-foot-long rear yard, and 90 parking spaces. Galaxy Developers is the general contractor for the property, which is bound by Front Street to the north, York Street to the south, the elevated Manhattan Bridge roadway to the east, and Adams Street to the west.

Exterior work is progressing on 240 Willoughby Street, a 30-story residential building in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. Designed by Fischer Rasmussen Whitefield Architects and developed by Rabsky Group, which purchased the property for $95 million in 2019, the structure will yield 300 rental units with 147 residences dedicated to affordable housing. 240 Willoughby LLC is the owner and Galaxy Developers is the general contractor for the project, which directly abuts an existing 21-story apartment building and is bound by Willoughby Street to the north, the Brooklyn Hospital Center to the south, Fort Greene Park to the east, and Ashland Place to the west.

Designed by Fischer Rasmussen Whitefield Architects and developed by Rabsky Group with $450 million in construction financing from Madison Realty Capital, the 500-foot-tall structure will yield 1,098 rental units, 26,000 square feet of retail space on the lower levels, and an on-site parking garage for 250 vehicles. Galaxy Developers is the general contractor for the property, which is alternately addressed as 485 Hudson Avenue and bound by the 34-story 80 DeKalb Avenue to the north, Fulton Street to the south, Rockwell Place to the east, and Hudson Avenue to the west.
